Had a lovely day, walked 5-6 km and got my feet covered in blisters... hmm! Two things we've never done before - a treetop canopy walk in the Southern Ridges national parks (opposite Sentosa) to see the real rainforest, and then the fake forest of super trees which so impressed Sir David Attenborough! Equally impressive but in a very different way...my vote still goes to the real variety...!

Had a lovely nostalgic wander along the river walk, down to Merlion Park...then a cold beer and a plate of satay overlooking the river. So good to be back here - many fond memories.
