Back on the road again. 500k on "good" road today and back into Namibia. I tire is John in gift shop spending his last Pula.

This blog will be posted at the same time as our previous one when we get wi fi possibly tomorrow. Since our last missive we have had pretty basic camping but sensational wildlife viewing. Will post photos as soon as wi fi available. Our wildlife guide is amazing and we have been up close and personal with leopards, lions, elephants, etc etc. Pat's favourite the wildebeest are plentiful also. Tomorrow we may opt for a room instead of caning and the following day...

2 days of driving before the game viewing really began. We have both now had extended turns in the safari truck with the outstanding wildlife expert. Shady camping spot but not protected from wildlife. John took the hippo photo at the camp while the tour leader whispered " they are the most dangerous animal in Africa". Professional photographers are now with the group for a few days providing excellent tutelage on wildlife photography. We saw our first hippo graz...
