Hey Skip, The pics and videos rock. Southern sun and twisty roads are on the way . . . wish I could be there.

G,
when the scenery becomes mundane, think of ARO43.

George,
Don't worry.... the way you are feeling is very similar to how I felt after being on the road for many weeks. It is good to travel at a bit slower pace if possible from this point on and try to stop where you know people. It breaks up the journey from being mostly about scenery to also being filled with some social activities. The country is amazingly beautiful, but it does become less impressive after seeing some awe inspiring sights. It was my exact feeling about the Grand Canyon.... by the time I got there, I was like (what's the big deal, it's a hole in the ground)...... sooooooo...... just stick with it and try real hard to look at things from a fresh perspective. I did some great riding today and was thinking about how great it will be to show you some of Texas. I think of you often, traveling is incredible, but equally can be tough on the soul. Miss you! Take care!

Your pictures of the ice fields and mountains are amazing.
I had my camera stolen in Pamplona. Yeah, that would be after the first day of the running of the bulls, all those amazing photos of that once-in-a-lifetime experience. It sucked. It still sucks.
I still have the memories, though. And about 5,000 pictures of everything that came after.
Hang in there!
