Flew to Alice Springs. After about 15 minutes there were just a few homesteads scattered about and endless brown fields and salt lakes and then nothing for Mike after mile just orange land. As we got nearer to Alice there lots of rocky outcrops and then buildings. It's not quite how it was in "a tow like Alice ". Now over 20,000 live here.
