We did not have to catch the bus until 2 pm so had all morning to laze around and have a bit of a catch our breath time. Then it was to Florence (Firenze) and again travelling through the lovely Italian landscape. We arrived in good time at Camping International. We were up early and waiting for a 7.30 am bus, when a huge ship sailed past the end of the road. It was so close it looked like it was sailing through town, may be it was too early for the eyes to focus. Suddenly remembered our passports which reception kept the previous night, a quaint little Italian custom you have to get used to quickly as you can not go far without a passport.For the first time we had a lot of yahoo types on the bus with by far too much loud...

We were off at 7.30 am and were soon leaving the smells of German abattoirs and pigs behind as we again crossed into Austria. Apparently 6 people on the bus had booked into white water rafting, upstream of a little village called Harming. We dropped the rafters off then drove back down to the village to wait for them, we had about 2 hours to kill. We went for a stroll around the village and thought that with its little cottages and flower boxes it was very Swiss...
