I said goodbye to my beloved Specialised 29'er mountain bike and was sorry to be leaving it behind as I have loved riding this woman's specific bike. We road into the village of Frangy this morning and I fell off - thankfully nothing broken before getting on the flight, not having a great start as I banged my head 3 times when packing as well!!! I've been thinking maybe I can find a way of getting my bike to New Zealand shores if we don't return for another biking challenge.

I opted for us to check out the Swissport Horizon lounge at Geneve Airport since we were going to be here extra early. Its a wonderful quiet environment with internet so a great catch up with all the blog entries from Croatia Cruise as the internet on the boat was a joke. 1GB per day and when its used up that's it, no more internet - it was me that was using it up that is for sure. So our long trek starts with the 1st flight to Zurich only 50 minutes and then Zurich to Singapore a long haul of 12 hours - mmm about a 6 movie flight- great I have a few to catch up on as we have not watched any movies or TV for the whole time we have been away. I have no idea what has been going on in the world!!! I do know whats happening on Facebook though - now that is not a good admission to make.

I think these lounges that you pay for are great if you have lots of time and need to hang around airports, they have comfortable chairs, drinks, snacks, TV & newspapers. People come and go and we are still here. Calling flight LX2815 to Zurich we are on our way..........
