Michty, ladies!
You're not having to work too, are you? Remember to wash your faces and behind your ears when you go to visit that NZHS VIP person - and make sure he/she only gets the best quality shortbread. We've our reputations to maintain here too, you know.
One of our team here in Inverness just got back from her honeymoon in Africa this morning - and brought in some fascinating wee gifts, including some necklaces of animals (yes) carved in bone. Of course, they're not a patch on those other ones I've seen recently. Perhaps the Bone Dude needs to open a shop on the Serengeti.
That's a very nice looking salad you've got there, by the way. I take it you didn't find that caterpillar thing in it?

Hello again,
Glad to see the weather has improved, and you are having a good time.
Hope you enjoyed your day at TWM- are you going to the other 2 units there too?
Good to see the bug made a presence in your car- hopefully the other one isn't too far from your thoughts either!!??
Look forward to the continued reading on the blog.
Cheerio for now (from wet and cold Scotland, where I am sitting at work)

Hi U2
Cannot believe you were caught out by rapid weather changes after all these training days in the Cairngorms! Delighted that we can, after all, keep in contact via our neandarthal Apple Mac.
Also hugely impressed by the bone-carving. Great start to the
expedition!!!

(Yes, I got the wrong mum'n'dad in my last message ... but it's cold here too. No thunderstorms, though.) It looks as though you're having a grand old time and I'm really impressed by the start you've made to your trip. Your first two albums and comments are superb - just what we need to keep track of your adventures. And, yep, despite that rain, keep using the sunscreen. I'm looking forward to your news updates - please keep them coming when you can. xxx
