During the day checked out a cool castle town in Le Mont St Michel (piccies attached) and saw more camper vans than you could poke a stick at. Looked like a Gypo convention and definitely felt like our little nad was the smallest boy in town. Having had a dodgy gypo experience when looking for our Nad and the sheer amount of tourists, decided to high tail it outta there for something a little more chilled.
Stayed the first night in France in a cool little campsite, and finally got to start using that obscenely expensive fridge that we bought and installed in the Nad. What a satisfying cold beer that was. After factoring the cost of the fridge per item it was cooling, think it came to about 95 pounds. Not bad for a beer that was about 200ml.
Nadded through Brittany and Normandie pretty quickly really, seen enough of Normandie on BBC TV, seems like every night there is a doco on D-Day or something about the victors of WWII. So decided to skip this area to search from some beaches and hopefully waves.
