Bit of a false start today checking out a few different beaches before settling on the right one for us. Word of advice for anyone heading along this coast stay away from Sainte Girons Plage. OK it is not a Blackpool, but still bad enough. Lots of screaming kids, few Frogus Chavus colonies on the beach, if you can find a speck of sand to sit on that is not taken up. Out of control really, dipped in the ocean (hygiene purposes) and got back in the Nad and kept heading south.

Stayed at Molliet et Mar overnight in a camp ground which we actually paid for as we were running low on water and recharge our batteries (literally). We were woken to large swell arriving on the coast. Got out there for the early but the sweeps were out of control and my complete lack of fitness meant that i didnt last long out there. Got a couple of waves and decided to head to Biarritz to hook up with Olivier, a mate of Big Daddy's who I met during the San Fermin bull run last year in Pamps.
