Yesterday we spent 9 hours travelling from Nusa Penida, Indonesia to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We arrived really late at night and checked in, went to bed and slept for a really long time ;)

We are staying at the Geo Hotel in KL, which is right in the middle of China Town and the Central Market.
After having some breakfast, we discovered the Central Market, reminding us of Ubud, and then we did something real touristy: getting on a Hop-on Hop-off bus. That just seemed to be the cheapes and easiest way to get around the city.

So we started to see Little India, which is really little :) and went on to the national palace, which is similar to the Buckingham Palace, just the guards are on horses and sleep during their shift. We even say the Bird Park of KL, which is a real huge area of birds who are allowed to fligh freely around:) You get to see everything from eagles to chickens :)

We went on to the Twin Towers of KL, which are probably the thing that KL is most known for. They are sooooooo huge and it is real stunning to look at them. I even had to lay down to get a picture from bottom to top. Even more amazing is the shopping center inside them. It is just huge. 6 floors full of designers and really expensive stuff. We even found a Cafe Vienna, where we had to stop to eat a Kaiser Schmarn (typical Austrian food, something like pancake).

In the evening we walked through China Town and the Night Market which is just like shopping in Indonesia. Everyone tells you way to high prices and wants to rip you off :( But it is still fun going around looking at all the fake stuff that you can buy and buying yourself some "Beats" headphone for like 15$ :)
