Hi babes, hope you are both well. David,I forgot to say before, your refund came for car. I've paid that in as well, so reduce other amount by £28. When I went shopping the other day I bought treats for Clipper as from mum for Xmas. I had packed up a bag of mum's shopping and put it in the hall ready to take up to her. I was busy in the sittting room and became aware of a rustling noise. Thought it was clipper nosing round the pressies at back of room then realised the noise was coming from the hallway. When I went to find him he was halfway in the big carrierbag, he had pulled 3 big gift bags halfway out and was trying to get at the bags of treats!! Hope to hear from you soon. Hi, Daringdo and Tinkerbell, What an utterly beautiful picture that is on your last blog. the drive sound wonderful, now that I would like to have done. Went to dancing party last night and had a great time. It's no good you telling that Mel B. that she doesn't need to lead me astray, the last twice I have been in her company she has giiven me a bottle of sparkly to take home with me!!! Hi Daringdo and Tinkerbell, Sorry you have to go out in thee rain, that is such a shame for you!! Everybody say AHH!!! How dare it rain on your trip? No, I didn't tell you about our relatives for you to find them, just thought you might be interested. The cheque has arrived from Petplan, will pay it in today, Monday. I have to go into town to do some shopping, you know what a happy bunny I'll be. When I spoke to your nan this morning she asked me if I could remember if you had put her Christmas tree in the loft. I said I thought you had, then she proceeded to tell me that she got the step ladders out last night and tried to look in the loft. She couldn't see though. because she dare not get onto the top step. Ye gods and little fishes, it was another of those cartoon moments for me where your hair stands on end and eyes and mouth open like caverns. She's 85yrs old, got goodness how many ailments and thinks nothing of getting up step ladders to look in a loft. Was she wearing the care link pendant in case she fell? Of course not. There is absolutley no wonder that you are as mad as a hatter. It is in your genes!!!!! I bet you are really looking forward to driving along the Great Ocean Road, I now it was something that you really wanted to do. In fact bet you have had some great times just driving the campervan. Yeah its not for the best for us as it has been on and off for a few days now, but they have been in a drought and not had proper rain for 5 years!!!! Ill keep an eye on account for when money clears and send it to you. Nan is worse than me and completely insane trying to get up there seen as those ladders wont reach high enough even for me to get up easily, but she will do what she wants regardless!! So as you say must be where I get it from, or a long line of stubborn people! Great ocean road was a brilliant drive with loads of look out points for things which we have pictures of but cant get them on yet as probs with net but will soon. Take care dont be trying to get tree down for Nan love us xxx

Hi Daringdo and Tinkerbell, Hope you are both feeling really fit and well. As mum says you look very happy. Seeing the photosof you at Ayres Rock really brought your trip to life for me. There are a couple of photos I will try to download. Naturally they are ones of you two and of course the surf. Liked the photo of the hat wearing Norman!! I am a bit puzzled by your reference to another Adelaide blog, I've only got one showing about Adelaide. Great news about the cards. We have got distant relatvies in Australia. My grandad's brother, Jim Dugan went out to Australia to dig for gold. He apparently was successful because he bought a Hotel with the money he made from gold. He came back during the second world war to see his family . Whilst he was over here he had some suits made to take back with him. After the war finished, his daughter and family also emigrated to Australia. So somewhere over there we could have rich relatives!!! I have put up the Christmas tree with a little help from Cindy. Hi yeah can imagine seeing Ayres Rock could make everything seem real, is quite a sight to take in. To look at the other Adelaide blog you need to click on where the Adelaide blog is then click on the date drop down box and select the date you want to look at. Probs not much chance of finding any relatives due to the size of the place!!! Sounds like and interesting task with the xmas tree. Im sure Nan willve liked the lights as always. Love both of us xxx
