Tues 19th - Sun 24th Nov (Week 8-9)Tues 19th - caught the local bus to the airport, and took the 12:50pm flight to Rio de Janeiro. Short 2 hr hop and landed at 3pm, but getting our bags, cash, and catching the bus to Ipanema took us until 6pm ! The traffic in Rio is pretty crazy, and the bus drivers drive like they're in the Grand Prix - you do not want to get in the way of them ! Sun 17th & Mon 18th Nov (Week 8)Sun 17th - Had a wonderful day at the Argentina side of Iguassu Falls today. Caught the local bus to the park, and arrived in time for the first train around the park at 8:30am. Headed straight to the main attraction - the Devils Throat which was a good mini-train ride away, followed by a 1100m walkway across the rivers and falls.
