We were very comfy in our quiet little village. Our house was charming, and we really just wanted to drink coffee and take the day slow. I did some blogging and the kids hung out. Tim and Brennin worked on a slide show of our trip.
After lunch we went into the town Trauben-Trarbach. Tim finally found a barber that was open, had time, and was a reasonable price. The barber was very friendly and between Tim's Dutch, and the Barber's German they found enough words to communicate. Brennin decided to get his hair cut too, it needed some fixing-up since I experimented with my hairdressing skills on his hair back in Treviso.
We looked around in a few shops, and then stopped for a donair before heading back home.
Belia facetimed Grace and found out Trudy was at Papa and Nana's, so she asked Grace to call nana's and invite them over to see us on FaceTime. Grace called, and within 15 minutes we were seeing and talking with grandma and grandpa. So nice to "be in the same room together" for a few minutes.
We went to bed looking forward to the medieval festival coming up the next day.
