time flies. i have been left home more than a month now. Time passed without knowing. However I do enjoy my life very much.
im currently in Taiwan, it is summer time over here( 28-35C each day ).it is very hot and humid. I believed I already get tanned a lot within this month since I left home.
Im undertaking a patisseries course. i have finished my first week of decoration course. It was really fun and full on. School hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30-4:30pm.
My school's located about 25kms away from where I live. (which meant it is VERY far from where a live by public transport ) I am so used to drive around when I'm in Perth. However, I can only depend on public transport in Taiwan. It is such a long way to travel to school from home even though public transports are very convenience in Taipei. It's taken almost 2 hours to get to school. Same traveling time when I get home from school. That meant I spent almost 4 hours on transport each day ☹. I need to get up 6:15am everyday (whose knows me well, they will know that getting up that early in the morning is such a tough job for me)
Last week I have learnt how to use creams/icing to decorate cakes with different patterns, we also learnt how to bake nice sponge cakes too.

This week we don't have class as moon festival is on this Thursday, therefore there are four days holiday (Thursday to Sunday). i have a whole week off from school. Most of the people got few days off from work then traveling within Taiwan or oversea.
I will be catching the train to a place called Yi-Lan. Which is only 1hour 15 mins around from Taipei by Train. However, the weather seems to be not that good in the next few days as there's a typhoon coming in the next day or two. It will be a big chance of raining during the weekend. But I am really looking forward to this trip, as we will rent a car once we get to Yi-Lan. It will be my 1st time drive in Taiwan.
