i cannot believe that i have been staying in Taiwan for 3 months already. Time flies without knowing, especially when you enjoy it so much.
I have experienced a lot in Taiwan. My Mandarin isn't too good however I still able to communicate well while I'm staying in Taiwan and most of the people could understand me when I speak Mandarin (which is very thankful about it) as my 1st language is Cantonese.
I have studied 4 weeks at a patisserie school to learn some basic decorate skills. I can learnt a lot from there. After I graduated my course, I was so lucky that I could work at Le Ruban as internship for a month before I back to HK. I go there Monday to Friday, we start 7am till 9/10pm (<- full time staffs) I m normally work till 5pm as I got teaching job at night time. This is my 1st ever job that I have worked for 15 hours max. I wont forget about it.
In the bright side, I met a group of nice colleagues; boss is very friendly and nice to me. I could learnt so much from everyone of them.it is such a great experience for me.
Most of the Taiwanese are very nice. They are very friendly and always happy to help - especially when I got lost. Another good side which I love Taiwan the most is that there got so much nice and yummy street food I could buy anytime almost 24/7. I love this sooo much and all the street local food make me mouth watering I wont struggle to buy food at anytime if im hungry.
My time in Taiwan is end now. However this wont be the end. I will come back later again for sure. I love this place sooo much. I have experienced a lot in this city. It gave me lot of memories.
My next stop will be HK for 3 weeks then off to UK for a white Xmas and start my working holiday.
Sad to leave, but I guess it's a time for me to move on and see what will lead me…
