Got up early from our accommodation in Teman Negara and waited for the bus outside where we thought we had been told we were being picked up from. On the journey to Teman Negara - a National Park and apparently the oldest Jungle/Rain Forest in the world - we met a couple who had been travelling for 2 and a half years and smelt like it to! Got up early in Ko Lipe and began our 3km trek back to the other beach to catch a long boat across to the ferry. Boarding the ferry posed a slight problem for Chris and he had to belly flop onto the deck while Gav gracefully strode aboard! An hour later we arrived at Pakbara where we caught a minibus to Hat Yai. Because of our cr*p scheduling we missed the last train that was going to Malaysia so had to grab a grubby, smelly bus to the Thailand / Malaysia border....

We left Koh Lanta and said tearful farewells to the top blokes from the accomodation to catch a 4 hour speed boat ride to Ko Lipe.
