Slept like a log, but got woken up earlyish by a phone call at 9am. But that was alright because it got us up and going, Pulled on our swimsuits and went to get our towels. We hitched a ride down to the beach right away so we could grab a set of four chairs. They were a little back from waves, but a good spot nonetheless. After leaving our towels there, we rode back up to the buffet breakfast. Mostly all you want is the fruit and mimosas. Saw my parents and said we'd meet them down at the beach. We booked our dinner right after so we could get reservations, then down to the beach. 

First thing I wanted was an ocean swim, so we both headed down. The waves felt pretty chilly at first, but lovely after a moment. After splashing in the waves a bit, we went to the bar to grab a drink and then sit in the sun at our spot for a bit. My parents finally showed up just as we were walking to the pool. 

Then it was pool, drink, beach, drink, sit, drink, pool, drink. And we went to the 'snack bar' for lunch. More drinks there. Then back to the beach. Got some more sun. Even though we'd slathered on sunscreen in the morning, both Zach and I were getting pink. We talked about things we might want to do. No snorkelling around here it seems.

More drinks, more sun, more pool. Then we packed our things up around 4:30 and went to the pool by our rooms. Pretty noisy there. And the sun was starting to go down, so a bit cool too. Went back to the room for a shower and to put on after-burn lotion because we were pretty pink. 

Walked up to the lobby for a drink and then buffet supper. With beer and tequila. Said 'hi' to a couple parrots, then a final drink before Zach and I called it quits and went back to get ready for bed.
