Gear day , just fought the Liverpool train phew!. Loved the games saw Jessica Inness in the long jump & javelin she did great with our help. Also saw Insane Bolt cruising to qualify, seems a fast track so records should fall. All round a great day great atmosphere.

On the way to the Olympics everything on schedule sitting in 1st class on train waiting for our free sponge cake, very excited!
