So, let me get this right; Death Valley is not that interesting really, just used to have the world record for the hottest place on Earth, recently lost to some barren hole in Libya. Seriously, this place is beautiful. The rocks are every colour of the rainbow and there are so many interesting facts and figures to this unique place. We travelled around by car mainly due to the heat on the valley floor, but there are some stunning drives - Artists Drive, Zabriskie Point (where the blog photo was taken), Dante's View, Devil's Golf Course etc. Unfortunately we couldn't stay too long cos we had 'Vegas Baby' to come later on, and it was already midday. So with a heavy heart we set off to leave Death Valley and California behind, and headed on the highway towards Nevada and the bright lights of Sin City. Oh, and I got a McFlurry on the way.
