I HAVE ARRIVED IN AUSTRALIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My first week here and I have stayed with Alanahs Family.. It was Great seeing Alanah and Mark again, as I met them on my Inca Jungle Trek in Peru. They were very welcoming and sorted me out with VIP tickets to Tuggerah Zoo Animal Park, the Sydney Bridge Climb Experience and took me to see the Pelicans at Esplanade. It was a great week, the Pelicans were fascinating, so clumsy, reminded me of all the Rosies I know :P and at the Zoo I got to met my first Koala, they're so soft! And hold a baby Tasmanian Devil. They were being bred here as the ones on Tasmania had a deadly cancer gene, that they were trying to out bred. Then in 30 years or so, as the life expectancy of these animals wasn't great. These 'new' ones, without the gene will be transported to and left to bred on Tasmania.

They also took me to their local beach which was probably one of my favourites so far, as there wasn't many people around and lots of sand with a loverly view. It's a shame we didn't get to do the shipwreck dive... next time!
