November 3rd - Our first morning waking up on Phi Phi island. Item number one on the agenda was to find out the best way to Kuala Lumpur, as we had to leave PP in just 2 days! Definately could have stayed much longer as there was much to do and see but by missing stuff, we have the perfect excuse to come back!! Every other shop on PP is a Travel/trip planner so after a quick "eenie, meenie, miney mo" we sat down and talked through our options with an ad...

As expected we were greeted on the pier by numerous hotel touts, desperate for us to choose them. Although a little annoying they are genuine and helpfull. We quickly found somewhere to stay - Tropical Garden Bungalows! A 10 min walk away, we were very relieved when told someone was coming to get our bags. A short chap arrived with a wheelbarrow type contraption and took our bags; despite having to push our luggage along many a bumpy track and uphill, we struggle...

Last day in Bangkok - Waking up hot and sweaty in November is just wierd! We headed straight for a breckie next door and managed to book the next leg of our adventure at the same time...the coach would be leaving at 17:30 that evening...the island of Koh Phi Phi our destination!!! Just a shame we wouldn't be arriving until 11am the next day Yes, that's right...an 18 hour coach and boat journey south, loverly! After breckie (a Thai take on the fry up - close yet...

We were rudely awaken this morning by a Thai lady asking if we wanted another night or would be checking out...we should have been up already and realised that as we were indeed checking out, we only had 40 mins in which to do so. Needless to say 12 o'clock came and went and the phone in our room continued to ring...it was the eager receptionist trying to hurry us along...after answering the 1st one we just let it ring!
