Hi Guys,

3 Weeks to go till get back to blighty (yey). We're both getting tired of travelling now... not that we thought it would be possible. In San Fransisco at the moment, off to DC on monday, then to Philladelphia next weekend and then New York.

So after San Diago we headed towards Phoenix. I got up at 4 to do some hot air ballooning. It's very wrong to get up at that time in the morning but it was amazing. Saw loads of wild life including a couple of rattle snakes whilst we were up their. Champagne brekkie afterwards, so nice.

We headed to the Grand Canyon the same day. (It is deffinatley a canyon, some Aussie's insisted that it wasn't when we saw the King's canyon in Alice). Another 4 am start to watch the sunrise, which was well worth it. Sunset was much more impressive though. We must have taken a million pics of the Canyon and we only got to see the south side of it.

Off to Vegas the next day....... I love this place. We stayed just off the strip and so were in the thick of things. Did downtown the 1st night, we saw a Vegas show on the 2nd night. Lots of drinking and not enough sleep!!! We even saw an Elvis wedding (yey).

Yosemite national park the next day, we didn't do too much hiking. We got to see the half dome and El Capitan, and now we're in San Fransisco.

We've rode the trams, seen the Golden Gate bridge. We did a cruise on the river in the evening, which was really spooky as it gets very misty at night, got some cool pics of the bridge.

Looks like we won't be adding any pics till we get back to England, not enough time and it's really expensive over here. If any of you guys have facebook check out group July 8th Contiki Group - Anaheim, LA (CA) to San Fran (CA which has pics from the tour.... mainly of nights out and the Elvis wedding (they did it for real the next day!!!)
