We left adelaide early this morning and drove for a good few hours before we reached our next destination - The Grampians. Its a national park in Victoria and is very beautiful. It took us a while to get tehre as we had to drive up and down mountains but the views were spectacular. When we got there we checked into a campsite that is probably the best campsirte we have stayed in so far...yes even better than the deluxe one in Adelaide. It was out in the wild ...

We decided to spend an extra night at the deluxe campsite! Its too good to miss! we spent the day walking around the city. We weren't really that impressed with it to be honest. Just another city! our favourite is still Melbourne. After a few hours strolling around we decided to keep up the sporty nature we had yesterday and went play a round of golf! So after our exciting time with the penguins last night we headed off back towards Adelaide. On the way back we stopped off at Tom's Great Aunts house. It was so nice to be able to go to a real home after being on the road for months! It was lovely to them and they really spoilt us with steak for lunch mmmmmm! It only took us an hour to drive to Adeliade from Meninge and once there we headed straight for the beach. It was so pretty but it was way too cold to go swimming! so we walked along the beach for a bit and then headed south to a place called Victor Harbour. Its a cute little place on the coast. There isn't much in Victor Harbour apart from a penguin sanctuary. We parked up at a camper site and then walked over to a little island that is joined to the mainlan...

Today was the start of our campervan adventure which I (Tom) had been looking forward to for a long time! The first challenge was actually getting the campervan. We booked the pick up from Melbourne- what we didn't realise was this meant a suburb of Melbourne, miles away from the extensive public transport system.
