It only took us an hour to drive to Adeliade from Meninge and once there we headed straight for the beach. It was so pretty but it was way too cold to go swimming! so we walked along the beach for a bit and then headed south to a place called Victor Harbour. Its a cute little place on the coast. There isn't much in Victor Harbour apart from a penguin sanctuary. We parked up at a camper site and then walked over to a little island that is joined to the mainland by a bridge. usually there is a horse pulling a tram (!) that takes you over but as we were going in the evening it wasn't running. Once we got there we watched seals swimming around in the sea before heading off on a guided tour to watch the penguins coming in from the sea to feed their young. It was so cute!!! They came waddling over and regurgatated food for their babies. It was amazing to see. I got some video footage buit its a bit dark. Ill try and put it on the web for you guys.
