Just arrived in Camooweal, we have been told that there is a really good butcher here so we will stop and have a look around. There is a camp just outside of town that we will probably camp up tonight. Nearly into Northern Territory.

We have pulled into Leichhard Station for a couple of days R&R, before heading into Northern Territory, we have some mail coming to Mt Isa so once we get that we will be on our way again.

Spent the night at Cloncurry, did a bit of food shopping, and now we are off to Mt Isa. Will spend a few days here waiting for mail and some items needed to do a few minor repairs to the van

Well we have cleaned up most of the dust, fixed the water tank tap and also taped up a broken lock on the front of the van. Heading off to Cloncurry.

Have just driven over 100 km of corragated and dusty roads to get to Lawn Hill National Park, only to find it's booked out. We dragged the van behind us and broke off our water tap so the tank is now empty. Van full of dust and no camp site. Oh well that will teach us to listen to the local who told us that we would probably be the only ones out here. We will now travel back 100km to where we started. That's life on the road for you.
