In short today I was a little lazy... I think prolly tired from all the goings-on on Tuesday. I finally left the house in the mid-arvo. Wandered 'round Piccadilly Circus did a little shopping. But, I here you saying... "What a waste of a day...", well no! 'Cos, in the evening I went to the taping of Top of the Pops! Woo Hoo. I now know why the crowd is so 'energetic' on the show... basically, they're half cut. You have to wait near a bar before going...

In short I was a tourist nazi today... got up early and jumped on the Tube to Waterloo. From there I started walking up towards Westminster, but decided to go on the London Eye to get a bit of a view of the city. Well, I will tell you two things... firstly, I think my (actually, it was Mum's) camera was glad when I got off - needed a rest you see and secondly that 135 metres is a LONG way up. But I ask you, what should I do apart from take heaps of photos...

I need to keep these brief - to just keep everyone in the loop. Today I went to the Science Museum - only saw the first floor, believe me that is a heap - it went from the Steam Engine to Space Travel! I will have to go back. After that I experienced London \\\'showers\\\'... managed to get a little wet and then met Kirsty after work at Euston Station. Everyone says I was very lucky to have strung together 4 perfect days in London without rain. :-)

I wasn't feeling good when I woke - mainly for two reasons - I was dog tired and I could hardly hear a thing - like I had cotton wool in my ears... damn treble. Due to my incapacity (I think I only heard half of what the girls said until late-afternoon), I stayed pretty low-key... though I did venture down to Kazbar on Clapham High Street in the late arvo for a quick bevvie. ok, so after falling asleep relatively early on Friday night again! I think I finally woke up off the couch at nearly 1am (I swear it was only 'cos of the flight). I hung out with the girls around Clapham for part of Saturday before heading into town.
