Wednesday - what a storm we had last night! Or I should say, the wee hours of the morning. It sounded like a mini-hurricane again. Thunder, lightening, wind, heavy rain...We seemed alot better when we woke up. The wind was gone, the waves were small. So we decided to try going Parasailing through the nearby rental booth. 10:30 start time. When we got there, early, we were told too windy, the pick-up shuttle boat got swamped picking up the previous riders and...

Howdy! We went to play mini-golf today. At "Jungle Golf". We encountered many wild jungle animals there. It was a tougher course then the one earlier that Lori and I played (she won). It was windy again today. The waves were really heavy. We probably could have boogie boarded today, if we had some. So went in the pool instead. Weather called for severe storms all day, but nothing materialized. Love you all!

HI Guys! We spent part of the day on Santibel Island - just checking it out. Had lunch in a cute restaurant called "THE BLue Giraffe". All the tables were hand painted by different local artists. They were great. The waves were really rough today. Lots of white caps. Wish you were here!

HI you guys! Happy Solstice Day (longest day of the year!) We were up a dawn taking A. Lori to the airport so I watched the sun come up, which is later here then in Ohio. Saturday was a very nice day. NOt too humid. We drove down the beach a few miles to "Lover's Key" State Park. Different type of beach...shelly, hard on the feet. Long walk to the beach. Cooler water then down by us. Was able to catch the sunset before it rained. Relaxing day. Floated in pool also in the afternoon. Got ice cream.
