I was brave and tried guinea pig and alpaca too. Eating the guinea pig was a bit more traumatic seeing the whole thing flattened on my plate with the jaw looking a bit dislocated and poor little face looking up at me as I tucked in. The taste wasn't too bad, was very litttle meat on it, and not sure it would fill you up very much. Alpaca on the other hand was a bit more tasty - meat was a bit like pork, but more dry - could maybe see myself ordering it for myself...
