Our final day!! A meander around Stellenbosch in search of breakfast before packing up the truck. Our final drive on our big yellow truck was only for one hour!

Tessa has a private room in a stunning hostel for her final two nights ... a double bed to stretch out on all on her own some. Vikki is off to a hotel near the airport as she has an uber early morning start to catch a flight to Mauritius.

The afternoon was wandering through the central city of Cape Town to complete a few logistical tasks such as posting gifts and getting a ball for a tummy piercing ;-) We also had one of the best coffees we've tried on this trip through Eastern & Southern Africa!

The evening was dedicated to the final group meal, sharing of memories and hugs.

It has been quite a journey for each of us - with many highlights throughout from wildlife sightings to adrenaline rushes to stunning landscapes to thought-provoking meetings with locals to laughter with friends. There have been challenges too - primarily around travelling on a planned itinerary with a group of people. We both fully intend to return to this historical and future tastic continent! We are glad you've chosen to journey with us - albeit vicariously!
