Here's an update - After two fantastic weeks in Cardiff, Kalani and I are off to London. The past two weeks we trained at No Fit State almost every day. I have my cerceau with us as well as straps that we've been conditioning with. We were staying about 30 minutes outside of the city center so we spent at least two hours a day walking back and forth to the house.
