Day 7 (and 8...) - So Long, Farewell...

Day 7 was our last full day - waaaah! We had to return our little car to the rental place (sob!!) and after we did that we took advantage of the blissfully sunny day and lazed around the pool. We headed back to Charlina's for a very trad Greek lunch (Greek salad, tzatziki and feta) and then I had some beach time. There's really not much to report as we did practically nothing! In the evening we had dinner at Ntomatini's, a restaurant around the corner on the beach, and our friend from our hotel joined us too which was delightful. I'd say the food wasn't amazing, but we were served by an impossibly bouncy and funny waitress - she was a delight! We then had some drinks at Tranquilo to round off a perfectly lovely, lazy day.

I'm writing this by the pool in our hotel, clinging on to the sunshine for as long as possible before our transfer to the airport. Santorini has been magical, again. If you have never been before, then do come - you won't be disappointed! Here are some highlights and recommendations:
