Gday Everyone,

After 4 nights in Lagos, I then made the trek to the capital of Portugal Lisbon. After only a 4 hour bus ride I arrived mid afternoon. I stayed at the best hostel in Lisbon called the oasis, which is a small hostel which used to be an old mansion, so its quite nice!

Lisbon has a different vibe to it than the other Spanish cities Ive been too, it feels very relaxed and calm and its very much like San Francisco with all the old school trams and The bridge.

The hostel was very chill it had free internet a cheap bar and everynight someone would cook these huge dinners for everyone for only 5 E.

Even though there are some tourist things to see in the city I kind of more just walked around, explored and adventured through the city. The first night out I went to a free drum n bass gig. Every Thursday night all over Europe seems to be drum n bass night :P. It was a good crowd, with good music and the club was nice and packed.

On the last 2 nights I would just drink and mingle with everyonelse from the hostel, since it was such a small hostel you got to meet everyone, so that was pretty cool! On my last night I met these german guys who were my age and ended up going clubbing with them. You meet people from everywhere which is the cool thing about traveling.
