We arrived in Seattle yesterday to cold rain and wind... Gross. However Seattle is a beautiful city with awesome people in it. Our taxi driver was hilarious. He was a stereotypical African American you see in the movie with the lingo and everything. He told us how he preferred the "white gurls" because he could be more commanding in the bedroom where a "sista" would say "what da f**k did u sayz n***a". Very funny guy but he also was very informative on the city lay out.
Our hotel is waaaaaaay better than the one we stayed in San Fran (so happy!) and is located pretty much near all the tourist spots!
We travelled down to Pikes market, like a tourist spot where they have little nick nacks and fresh food then we ventured up the street to an outlet store called northstrum rack. Now this was where to shop. Discounts of between 60%-70% on designer brands (true religions as low as $119 and Tsubi for $70) much shopping was done here.
We have a friend here named Rachael who we kind of forced her to be our personal tour guide! :p. So she took us out and recommended all these cool hot spots to check out.
We ended up at a little cosy Latino/Hispanic Restaurant called Meza where we divulged in amazing tapas with great white wines. Awesome feed.
Tomorrow agenda, space needle? Underground city? Will let you guys know when tomorrow comes...
