To finish our time in Mumbai we caught a boat across to Elephant Island and explored its old Hindu temples caved into the cave walls.

We caught a sleeper coach down to Goa. It was a 16hr journey but luckily we had beds and AC, unfortunately Tay had to sleep next to an Indian boy in a Spiderman outfit!!

Goa is beautiful, and we found an idyllic beach called Palolem and stayed on a hut looking over the Indian Ocean.

Once again we indulged in the local delicacies on offer; I had my self a whole shark for dinner one night, tasty stuff. To keep active we've been swimming and kayaking but most importantly we hired mopeds for the day, we felt like we were in Easy Rider. Great way to see Goa, we travelled at least 70 miles and discovered many nooks and crannies along the way.

Soon we're about to try our luck on the trains on a 2 day trip to Delhi, see then x
