22nd January 2004 It was on to Ko Pha Ngan, after the night train we got on a coach for 2 hours, a ferry for 2 1/2 hours, taxi and finally a tail boat. Boy were we glad to get there! We got a little hut for a couple of quid between a night. Headed down to the beach and ate at a fantastic restaurant! Had our first experience of the shower...each time you went in there you were wondering what sort of creepie crawly you would see! There was a pervy frog that was in there most days, a fish, huge spiders, centipede. Ahhh! 23rd January 2004 Beach, food, bed. 24th January 2004 Beach, food, bed. 25th January 2004 Beach, food, bed. 26th January 2004 Beach, food, bed. 27th January 2004 Beach, food, bed. 28th January 2004 Beach, food, bed. 29th Januray 2004 Beach, food, bed. 30th January 2004 Beach, food...Decided we need ed a big night out. So started off with a few drinks at the place we were staying at. Geng the maager bloke was giving us drinks that were way too strong to drink! Oh dear! You can buy magic mushrooms like they are packets of crisps over the bar! Headed on to Guy's bar at midnight and crawled across the beach, over the rocks and back down again at about 4.30am. 31st January 2004 Beach, food, bed. 1st/2nd February 2004 Started our journety over to Krabi. It took bloody ages! Beck got food poisoning and was sick the whole journey. Krabi is lovely. Ridiculously hot though. Just had a wander round the town. 3rd February 2004 Went to Au Nang today. Beautiful powery white sands and crystal seas. Sorry had to get that in! Climbed 200m up a limestone cave (mums and dads we weren't wearing flipflops really!) to an amazing view. Jumped straight in the sea after that. Lazed around in the sun and now we're heading to get some nosh...
