We finally made it to Germany... After traveling through the amazing Switzerland landscape- switching a few trains and buses- and getting stranded!
The train ride through Switzerland offered some spectacular scenery- more photos to come! The locals were very friendly and welcoming. Although we couldn't stay long, I will be back to visit lucerne in a few weeks!
Germany has been my favorite place so far! The locals are awesome, the food is amazing - as are the Foosball fans! After eating some homemade bean soup with potatoes and roast beef, we hung out at the local beer garten! We watched Germany dominate as we sipped on cider and munched on frites and sauerkraut!
For our final day we traveled to Dachau- one of the first Nazi concentration camps. The experience was eerie yet information. I learned way more about the life of a Nazi prisoner than I ever knew- a separate blog to follow with pictures.
