We had 3 beautiful weeks in Tasmania with family and friends. Launie staying with Philip and Baigal seeing Pop and Jo, the Johnson family, Darcey family and Bettley family (-Chris) at Ouse then heading to Laurdedale to stay with DiDi, Lis, Rich, Sam, Evie and Olive. Seeing Mike, Onslow, Sophie and briefly seeing Josh. We went to the Taste of Tas 3 time and were not disappointed with food, entertainment or weather. Hazel's girls surprise 40th birthday. New Years at Mona to watch Violent Fems with the Lockhart's, Batchelors and Scots also seeing other family and friends there too.

We swam, ate, run, made some steps for DiDi, visited family and friends, rode horses and motorbikes, went to the dentist, optomitrist, eye dr and heart dr, went on the Hollybank Tree top Adventuresflying fox and were very busy.

All ready to leave on board the Spirit of Tas 9pm 17th Jan after having a farewell dinner with Pop, Jo, Philip, and Baigal we headed off with plenty of time to catch the boat to only realise we had the times wrong it departed at 7.30pm. With only 15 mins to gat there we thought we would try our luck thrall to see if they would wait. They said to keep coming so we presented ourselves to see the boat driving out and the office closed. Ahhhh.

Another ph call we were given a sailing 10 days latter and only lost half our money and were put on a waiting list to try and get an earlier day.

With some tears and some anger we drove back to Launie to stay with Philip and Baigal again. Luckily Fidge called the next morning and we were given a spot on the day sailing for the 19th Jan. Wow that was lucky.
