We arrived at Myitkyina and had to go through 'immigration'. We gave our passports over to the officer and he took the details and that was that. We found a YMCA guesthouse where we also bumped into a French couple from a past guesthouse. Found a local library to use wifi. Had the worst s***s in the night, was up and down non stop. There was no electricity so it was just my phone light to see what was what. Also spotted a nice cockroach as I took my dump.
