Awoke and took a 15-20 minute walk along past KK's big shopping mall to the port. The sun was really nice in the morning, and there was people already coming ashore. There was nice little cafes with lots of seats to overlook the harbour. I took in all in knowing it was coming to an end. I found my boat and waited to board. The boat was a long speed boat type. We all boarded and I was told to enter the front section, probs because I had been sold a tourist ticket and this was one of the 'perks'. It was nicely airconned and the seats were nice. There was an old TV at the front playing the typical cheesy Asian music videos. We pulled away and the boat started to rock in its motion in the sea. An old woman infront of had a whitey in a bag lol!
Arrived at some other port, somewhere still in Malaysia. I then remember I had to pay my exit tax! I found the counter and asked if I needed to pay it (to which I obviously had to) by this time I had spent all my remaining Ringit. Some local dude then nicely paid it for me, which was around $5 too which was so nice of him! That s*** resonates! Had loads of time to kill after so decided to top up my tan. I decided to go on the grass just opposite the building, all the locals and passer-bys found it hilarious and were giggling and pointing. They couldn't believe I was actually basking in the roasting mid day sun. Mad dogs and Englishmen marra! My boat to Brunei eventually arrived and I went through customs and got my exit stamp. The boat was similar to the last one, but I didn't get any star treatment this time. We eventually arrived in Brueni. I got my stamp, a little square blue stamp. Love new stamps! I then changed some money and hoped on the bus that takes you into town. An hours journey took us into Bandar Seri Begawan, or BSB as its known. I found my digs, which was kind of like a community/sports centre which was $5 a night. My room had two bunk beds and was nicely AC'd. I had a nap and later on on the night I got some food down by riverfront, it wasn't cheap as the book said it was. Apparently they stayed open all night too, not sure how truthful that was. There was loads of speedboats wizzing around. There was one other expat/tourist eating away. I wondered what his story was.

Decided to do a spot of sight seeing, of which there is only one thing to see in the whole country and that is the big mosque in town. It's a really grand opulent one and it really was pretty impressive. All white with a massive golden dome, theres loads of palm trees around in the grounds and there's a massive pool of water infront of it. All very nice. There was a few muslim dudes haning outside sitting down on the floor. There was a sign next to them saying "Religious activity in process. Non muslim visitors are not allowed to enter". Course not.
And that was about it really! That's pretty much Brunei done. The city is so so so small. Its very nice and quiet and clean, but it really is a snooze fest. Hunted down a KFC in the shopping centre and caned that! Oh aye.

Only left me room to get fed, found a nice cheap place in a market which solf stuff a $1 a meal. Tried to back up my photos as well but the café actually had anti-virus (first one ever) and it quarantined all my files. Absolutely s*** myself and was bricking it in case I had lost all my SEA photos. I went back to the room and desparetly tried to get them onto my memory cards! What a ball ache. I chilled for the remained, cane some social media and packed my bag all ready for the last time. Pretty sad really. Home time tomorrow.
