Hey all, Well I think this is the last time I will be able to update for about a week as I'm off to the Elephant conservation tomorrow morning in Lampang (same as pic) and don't think they will much of anything there...apart from elephants! Really looking forward to it and don't worry will take lots of pics and sort them out somehow on the net. Last night Paul and I went to the night bazaar which was great, I bought another watch - the last one broke after 5 days (!) - and a lovely bracelet as well as some pressies which should be winging there way home shortly. Went to bed pretty early and got up really late today which was great, obviously needed to catch up on some sleep! Paul and I decided to hire bikes and go up a mountain which has a famous temple on the top. Cycled through the streets of Chiang Mai until we got to the foot of the mountain and then chartered a pick-up truck type thing up there! Temple was beautiful, had a massive gold plated painted statue in the middle and we had some amazing views over Chiang Mai. After a good look around we got back on our bikes and whizzed down the mountain which was fantastic fun! Lovely warm afternoon as well which was great. Once we were back in chiang mai we tried to find our guesthouse but got rather lost and nearly run over by lots of 4 x4's! Just a tad scary. Luckily found the guesthouse at last although with a very sore bum! Off to get some dinner now and home for an early night.
