went into melbourne at 7a.m. this morning...walked from Richmond station along the yarra river past all the stadiums into the centre of town, which was a nice little walk. Have booked tickets to fly to Brisbane at 6.10a.m. Friday morning (tomorrow) and am staying up there until Tuesday and then flying back. Have been on the hunt for flats or houses and have called up a few places but there has been no luck so far and doesn't look like there will be any for a while yet. It's just frustrating because it means we have to eat out for breakfast, lunch and dinner practically every day which is costing much more than it is worth and so we need to find somewhere as soon as possible! I have searched for about 2 hours on the internet today! I think the guys are allergic to touching the sink, each time i come into the room there are more dishes piled up around the room, i am the only one to do any washing up sinse we've been here. Even Edd and Cookie have said that they wouldn't be able to live like this when we got an apartment. But i suppose it's a place to stay! The ammount of money we're spending at the moment on accomodation, food, transport, phones etc is ridiculous! Am glad i didn't go to the casino last night because all the guys came back having lost something... I think Edd lost about $300! but they all said it was an awesome casino and absolutely huge... which part of southbank did you used to run around in the mornings Dad? Couldn't remember... saw the Melbourne exhibition centre today aswell...which reminds me, have you heard anything from the contact in Mlebourne in the entertainments business? because if he had any ideas about accomodation that might be useful! if you could let me know the names of some of those hostels which were an apartment set up that would be great because i can't find any! anyway, i'll love you and leave you! i'll only be able to get in touch via the mobile for the next few days until Tuesday morning your time! x x
