Kia Ora We have had a busy few days and since we last spoke we had been busy buying Halloween costumes and dressing up for a Halloween party on a cruise boat in Taupo. This was a really good night with plenty of amazing costumes and games that Sophia had arranged for us all. Kia Ora! We are having a relaxing day today in Wellington as we have a free day! We had a very busy day yesterday- we were up at 6am for breakfast and left our hotel in Christchurch at 7am for a 5 and half hour drive north to catch a ferry that took us from the South Island to the North Island. Kia Ora Since we wrote last we left Queenstown and travelled to Fox Glacier - where we did a four hour hike up through the rainforest and ended up on the Glacier itself! We had to wear crampons to ensure we didnt slip about on the snow / ice. It was really cool and as you can see we have added some pictures. It was also surprisingly warm up there too. Kia Ora Sorry its been a few days since we last wrote, but we are now on another Contiki tour - which has been very busy so far. Monday the 20th October (Teresa's Birthday) we got up at 3.30am for our booked Hot Air Balloon Ride - we had to ring up the tour provider to check that the weather was good and that the flight was going ahead!
