G'day......getting tired of that yet?

We are in Alice Springs - in another nice hotel sharing with Gwen from Germany and Lemal from Israel - both really nice girls.

A brief summary of where we have been and what we have done...

- A tour of Darwin and museum visit - plenty of stuffed crocs on display

- Swimming in beautiful waterfalls

-Crocodile cruise!

- Visit to Kakadu National Park (the size of Wales)

-Visit to Litchfield National Park

-Vistited a very old, traditional, eccentric outback pub in the centre of OZ yesterday- we have never seen anything like it before

- Stopped at the sign of Capricorn - marked on the worlds map

-Night stop in Tennant Creek last night- very small town. All of us (40 people) on tour went into a pub last night- the locals were very strange! Quite a good night - though not so good in that we had to be up at 5.30 this morning for a 7 start!!!

- Today we vistited the Devils Marble rock formation - think Stone Henge but alot bigger.

-Also visited a wildlife park this afternoon- saw some snakes and emu's.

In five minutes we are having a group meal so had better be off. Don't worry mums we are not burnt and are keeping up to date with the washing.

We do however have a few moz bites between us!!!

Thats it for now- will give more detail when get time and will also add pics when internet speed quicker.

Tomorrow night we are camping in outback!!Should be fun.
