Ah well so it is my last day in Singapore today! My flight to Australia doesn't leave until 10:30 this evening so I have a whole day to do some last minute exploring and obviously be productive in trying to get together a workable life plan before I am 50 and still haven't decided what I want to do with my life.. because it has dawned on me, I can't travel forever.. Sad face!

I got up fairly early so that I could go to the gardens by the bay, walk around the marina one more time and then get back to the hostel to get organised.

The gardens were pretty impressive to be honest.. Well I understand that it's just a load of bushes and flowers -but they had a massive dragonfly lake AND this massive hanging walkway.. Not your typical garden ay! So this took up about 3 hours.. 30 minutes walking in the gardens, 2 hours getting lost walking every direction but the way I needed to go to get there and 30 minutes back after realising I was basically a left turn and straight road away from my hostel..

When I made it back to the hostel, I had some daddy skypes.. I finished this conversation feeling so pumped and motivated for Australia, I just needed to keep the momentum going until I landed 10 hours later..
Getting back to the airport was just as smooth as when I left - obviously I felt like I was massively winning at life by this stage! Once again, no trouble getting through security, definitely got this whole travelling thing down! I kinda don't want it to ever stop..

Next stop - Melbourne Tullamarine International Airport. CANT BLOODY WAIT!
