We are currently at the most northern point of Ireland that we've planned to visit and at the moment there is nothing between us and Iceland except a huge expanse of water. It's a really gorgeous location and I almost commented to Scott that it would be wonderful to come back for a visit in the summer.....blonde moment I'm afraid.
We found our accommodation here through AirBNB and it's the perfect holiday stay - the kids want to spend the rest of our time here and I agree it will be a shame to leave.
Yesterday we left Comber and drove to Belfast for the Titanic Experience before travelling through to Glenoe for the Waterfall and on to Larne for a late lunch. We arrived in Portrush about six in the evening and ate in an Italian restaurant we found in the town. Yep, Italian in Ireland. Oh well.
Our plan for today includes The Giant's Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge, The Dark Hedges and Cushenden.
