Day 1....we walked and walked and walked some more. Saw many sights e.g. kite flying day at the parkland beside marina, Fort Mason, Fisherman's Wharf, cable cars etc. Food sampled today included Taco Bell (where we got free drinks and a discount - thanks teachers), Ghiraredelli's chocolate and Boudin's Bakery for Clam Chouder.

We are looking forward to Golden Gate, Muir Woods and Sausilito tomorrow.
