Departed Los Angeles on Thursday night at 9.30pm for a 12 hour flight to Aukland. Good flight - we all managed to get a few hours sleep and watched some movies, not too much turbulance. We are now at Aukland airport waiting for our flight to Brisbane. We are all very keen to see our families and go home to our beds. Not so keen on school on Monday...

After an early start to the day for our visit to Hearst Castle and a very long drive from San Simeon via Los Angeles, we arrived in Anaheim on Sunday evening. On our way, we dropped by Mann's Chinese Theatre to look at the stars on the boardwalk and we ran into Michael Jackson, of all people.
