It's 3 in the morning, and back from the Virginia Manor. A very long day, starting at 8:30 am yesterday, I picked up the moving truck. Loaded for an hour then off to final chiropractic adjustment for a while. More packing and loading for 4 more hours, eat lunch and on the road, much later than had hoped. Got on interstate same as usual, but headed up 95, like going to work, instead of 64, all the way to Parham. Should I turn around or stay on Parham to 64. I chose the later, and another 20 minutes behind schedule. Made it to the Manor around 6:30, sun was setting over the mountains. There was just enough light to back up to house, get the ramp onto the porch, I started unloading. The room was not as big as I had hoped and a longer walk than when loaded the truck. I filled the space up nicely, leaving plenty of walk-thru space from the side porch into the living room. This was only half the stuff to move, don't know how it will be possible to fit the rest into the one room. Worked until 11:30, closed up the house, put all my stuff in the truck, time to head home. Uneventful drive home, got some gas and a big Payday. Pulled up to our house at 2:40 am, had some ice cream and a hot shower. It's now 3:40 and the truck has to be returned by 9, not much sleep tonight.
