I can only assume that the city fathers have significant financial stakes in local factories that are pumping out spray cans (presumably in amounts that could cover the Australian Outback in various pastel shades). We took a train from Sydney to Albury in order to intercept Carol C who was stopping in nearby Wodonga as part of her Olympic Medal Golden Tour (hereafter known as the OMG Tour).
