Ok, we are officially in Laos. it was a bit difficult to actually get in, but we are here. we left Phnom Penh and headed up to Stung Treng. we had about $40 US with us and thought we would be able to use the bank, but there was no bank and it was the weekend also. so we were unable to go to Ban Lung, Cambodia. no banks anywhere. so we decided to just go straight to Laos. after paying for transport, dinner last night, our room, etc... we get to the borders. we wer...
